Seen in Anterior Cranial Fossa fracture
n Bleeding through Nose and Ear
n Loss of Consciousness
n Vomiting
n Convulsions
n CSF Leak
Signs of Head Injury
- Panda sign / Raccoon Eyes
- Anisocoria
- CSF ottorrhoea
- CSF rhinorrhoea
- Sub conjunctival Haemorrhage with no posterior margin
