Warthin’s Tumour of Parotid Gland is also called Adeno Lymphoma or Papillary Cystadenoma Lymphamatosum.

Originate from the salivary tissue included inside the lymph nodes embedded within the parotid gland. Hence the name

It is the second common benign tumour of the Parotid Gland.

Usually affects the lower part of the parotid gland.

It is more common in males.

It has no malignant potential.

10% of cases are Bilateral.

Soft cystic in consistency.  

Non tender. Smooth surface.

It is usually mobile as there is no fixity to skin or deeper tissues.

Facial nerve is never involved.

Cervical Lymph nodes are not enlarged.

Treatment- Superficial Parotidectomy.
